Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “LFG”, “Organizer”, “we”, “us” or “our” means LFG GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore as an Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares, with UEN 202631005R and registered address at 552 WOODLANDS DRIVE 44 #03, unit no. 024 Singapore 730552. By purchasing, holding or using a ticket to an Event organized or sold by LFG Entertainment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
GOVERNING LAW DISCLOSURE - AIRWALLEX CARD PROCESSING
LFG GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. is incorporated and established in Singapore (UEN 202631005R). These Terms & Conditions and your ticket order are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you choose a direct card payment processed through Airwallex, your order will be processed for LFG GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. in accordance with Singapore law. If any other payment method is offered for a particular Event, it will be expressly identified in that Event’s specific terms and conditions, at checkout and on the applicable Event page, together with any provider-specific terms or disclosures that apply. Nothing in this disclosure limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Ticket Sales and Organizer
LFG GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. is the organizer and seller of tickets for Events made available through the official LFG website, unless an Event-specific page, checkout disclosure or other official Event material expressly identifies an additional seller, co-organizer or authorized ticketing partner. Tickets may be sold and fulfilled electronically through the official LFG website or an authorized ticketing channel identified by LFG.
2. Ticket Prices
The applicable ticket price is the price displayed and accepted when the order is completed. The currency offered may vary according to the Event, market or payment method. Any ticketing, service, tax, foreign exchange or administrative charge imposed by LFG will be disclosed before payment where applicable. Where a selected payment method requires currency conversion, the amount ultimately charged may differ from the displayed ticket price because of exchange rates, conversion methodology or charges applied by the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
3. Payment Processing and Airwallex
3.1 Airwallex
Direct card payments offered by LFG are processed through Airwallex using the applicable Airwallex payment-processing infrastructure for LFG GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PTE. LTD.’s Singapore operations. Where applicable, currency may be converted to Singapore Dollars (SGD) for processing or settlement. Before payment is submitted, the checkout will identify the entity processing the payment and the applicable governing law.
3.2 Other Payment Methods
Airwallex is the card-payment provider described in these general Terms & Conditions. If any other payment method is offered for a particular Event, it will be expressly identified in that Event’s specific terms and conditions, at checkout and on the applicable Event page, together with any provider-specific terms, material conditions or disclosures that apply.
3.3 Separate Payment Provider Terms
The customer’s ticket-purchase contract under these Terms & Conditions is with LFG, except where an Event-specific disclosure expressly identifies an additional seller or co-organizer. Use of Airwallex, or any other payment method expressly offered for a particular Event, may also create a separate relationship with the applicable payment service provider. The provider’s own terms, privacy practices, payment rules, dispute procedures and governing-law provisions apply to that separate relationship.
3.4 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and the contractual relationship between the customer and LFG GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. in connection with the purchase of Event tickets are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Direct card orders processed through Airwallex for LFG GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. are processed in accordance with Singapore law.
3.5 Jurisdiction
Any legal action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the LFG website or services supplied by LFG shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise. A dispute relating solely to a payment provider’s own service may be subject to that provider’s separate terms and jurisdiction provisions.
4. Checkout, Payment Confirmation and Ticket Delivery
Ticket availability is not guaranteed until the order has been successfully confirmed by LFG. A payment authorization, pending status, return to the LFG website, payment-provider screen, redirect, notification or other preliminary message does not by itself constitute final confirmation of the ticket order. LFG may verify payment status directly with Airwallex or any other payment service expressly identified for the applicable Event before issuing or confirming a ticket. If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, delayed, not received or cannot be verified, LFG may delay ticket issuance, cancel the order or take other reasonable action in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law. Where a payment provider experiences processing or notification delays, LFG may require additional time to establish the final payment status before issuing tickets or determining the final status of an order. After final payment confirmation, electronic tickets will generally be delivered to the email address supplied during checkout or made available through LFG’s applicable ticket-delivery flow. Where LFG provides an attendee assignment or claim process, an assigned attendee may subsequently receive ticket or Event communications directly. Customers who do not receive an expected ticket after payment confirmation should contact LFG Customer Support and provide the relevant order details.
5. General Ticket Conditions
Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where LFG expressly provides otherwise, where an Event is cancelled and a refund is offered, or where required by applicable law. A ticket may be transferred, assigned or claimed by another attendee only through an official LFG process or where LFG expressly permits it. A valid electronic ticket containing a valid QR code must be presented for entry together with any identification required for the applicable Event, including a NIC or passport where stated. Each ticket is valid for one admission only unless otherwise stated. Once a ticket has been scanned and validated, it is considered used and cannot be reused or revalidated unless LFG expressly allows otherwise. Where an Event uses RFID wristbands or credentials, a validated ticket may be exchanged or linked to a unique RFID credential for Event access and re-entry in accordance with the Event rules. Damaged, altered, duplicated, manipulated or unreadable QR codes may be rejected. Ticket holders are responsible for keeping tickets, QR codes and any RFID credentials secure. LFG is not responsible for tickets or access credentials that are lost, stolen, copied, shared, damaged or used without the purchaser’s or assigned attendee’s permission, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
6. Purchase Limits and Fraud Prevention
Unless otherwise stated for an Event, a purchaser may purchase a maximum of ten (10) tickets per transaction. LFG may cancel, hold for review or reject orders that exceed applicable limits or involve suspected fraud, automated purchasing systems, bots, scripts, unauthorized purchasing methods, payment abuse or other misuse of the ticketing system.
7. Purchaser Information and Attendee Assignment
The purchaser must provide complete and accurate information during checkout. For orders containing multiple tickets, the purchaser is responsible for the tickets issued under the order until they are provided to the intended attendees or successfully assigned or claimed through any official LFG attendee-assignment process that is made available.
Where an attendee assignment or claim process is offered, LFG may associate an individual ticket with the assigned attendee’s own information for ticket delivery, entry verification, Event communications, account or wallet functions and related Event administration, subject to LFG’s Privacy Policy. LFG is not responsible where a valid ticket has already been used by another person before the rightful purchaser or intended ticket holder arrives, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
8. Identification and Admission
LFG may require presentation of:
- a valid government-issued photo identification document;
- ticket confirmation or order confirmation; and/or
- the valid ticket QR code or applicable Event access credential.
LFG may compare identification information against information provided during ticket purchase or later attendee assignment. Admission may be refused where LFG reasonably believes that a ticket, credential or information is fraudulent, invalid, insufficient or inconsistent with the purchase, subject to applicable law.
9. Age Restrictions
Unless otherwise announced for the applicable Event:
- children below seven (7) years old will not be admitted;
- persons aged seven (7) to seventeen (17) must hold a valid ticket and be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or
responsible adult aged twenty-one (21) or above; and
- persons aged eighteen (18) and above may enter independently with a valid ticket.
Additional Event, venue or activity-specific age restrictions may apply.
10. Entry, Security and Re-Entry
Admission is subject to ticket validation, security screening, identification requirements, venue capacity and compliance with Event and venue rules. Where RFID credentials are issued, the RFID credential may become the primary access credential for entry, exit and re-entry after the original ticket has been validated. The holder must keep the credential secure and follow Event staff instructions regarding its use. Prohibited items may include weapons, dangerous objects, illegal substances, explosives, fireworks, flammable materials, unauthorized professional recording equipment and other items prohibited by the venue, Organizer or applicable authorities. LFG and venue management may refuse admission or remove persons who create safety, security or operational risks or fail to comply with reasonable Event or venue requirements.
11. Ticket Resale
Tickets should only be purchased through LFG or an authorized ticketing partner. Unauthorized resale is prohibited. LFG may invalidate tickets that are fraudulently obtained, duplicated, counterfeited, purchased through bots or automated systems, obtained through unauthorized methods or resold contrary to these Terms & Conditions. An attendee assignment or claim completed through an official LFG process is not treated as unauthorized resale merely because the attendee is different from the original purchaser.
12. Event Changes and Postponement
Artists, performers, schedules, running orders, stage allocations, venue layouts, viewing arrangements, capacity and other Event arrangements may change. An individual artist, performer or programme change does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund, subject to applicable law. If an Event is postponed, tickets purchased for the original date will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date unless LFG announces otherwise. A refund will only be provided where LFG offers one or where required by applicable law.
13. Cancellation, Refunds and Payment-Provider Procedures
If an Event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled, LFG will announce the applicable ticket and refund procedure.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or applicable payment provider where practicable. Processing times may depend on Airwallex, the customer’s bank or card issuer, card networks and other financial institutions involved in the transaction. For card payments processed through Airwallex, approved refunds or reversals will be submitted through Airwallex where applicable and may remain subject to Airwallex, card-network, bank or card-issuer processing times. If a different payment method is offered for a particular Event, any provider-specific refund, cancellation, charge, instalment or dispute procedures will be stated in that Event’s specific terms and conditions, at checkout and on the applicable Event page. Questions about the Event, ticket delivery, admission, cancellation or LFG refund decision should be directed to LFG. Questions relating solely to a payment provider’s own service may also need to be raised directly with that provider under its applicable terms. Where legally permitted and disclosed, certain ticketing, booking, administrative, foreign-exchange or third-party processing costs may be non-refundable. LFG is not responsible for separate expenses such as flights, hotels, transportation, accommodation, visas or other personal expenses arising from cancellation or postponement, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
14. Weather and Force Majeure
LFG may delay, suspend, interrupt, relocate, postpone or cancel an Event where weather, safety concerns, government action or circumstances beyond LFG’s reasonable control prevent or materially affect the Event. Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, civil disturbances, strikes, transportation disruption, venue emergencies, terrorism, war, artist travel restrictions and governmental orders. Any refund, credit or alternative arrangement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the policy announced by LFG.
15. Photography, Recording and Media
Photography, filming, livestreaming and audio/video recording may take place at the Event. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ticket holders may appear incidentally in Event photographs, videos or recordings. Such material may be used by LFG, Event partners, sponsors or authorized media for Event coverage, archival, promotional and marketing purposes. Unauthorized professional photography, recording, livestreaming, drones or commercial recording may be prohibited.
16. Personal Data and Payment Providers
Personal information may be processed for ticket purchasing, payment processing, ticket delivery, attendee assignment, identity verification, fraud prevention, Event administration, security, customer support, communications and legal compliance. LFG may provide information reasonably required to Airwallex, ticketing providers, Event service providers, fraud-prevention providers and, where another payment method is expressly offered for an Event, the applicable payment service provider, where necessary to provide the services, process or reconcile payments, administer refunds or reversals, prevent fraud or comply with legal requirements. Airwallex and any other payment service provider expressly offered for an Event may independently process personal information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations when a customer uses their services. LFG’s handling of personal information is governed by LFG’s Privacy Policy, available through the official LFG website, and applicable data-protection laws.
17. Statutory Consumer Rights and Complaints
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, remedy or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law. Complaints or queries relating to an LFG ticket order, ticket delivery, duplicate or incorrect charge, Event service, admission issue, cancellation or LFG refund decision should be sent to hello@lfg-entertainment.com with the relevant order details. LFG may request reasonable information needed to verify the order, payment or identity before taking action. A complaint relating specifically to a payment provider’s own account, approval, instalment, payment collection or provider service may also need to be raised through that provider’s complaint or dispute procedure. Nothing in this clause limits any right a customer may have under applicable law or through a card issuer or payment provider.
18. Assumption of Risk and Liability
Attendance at a large-scale Event involves inherent risks including crowds, loud music, lighting effects, weather and interaction with other attendees. Ticket holders voluntarily accept ordinary risks associated with attending the Event. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Intellectual Property
Tickets do not grant ownership or licensing rights to LFG or third-party trademarks, logos, artwork, branding, copyright or other intellectual property. Airwallex and other third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Any payment-provider or partner branding displayed by LFG is used only to identify an available payment method, Event relationship or as otherwise authorized by the relevant owner. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
20. Event-Specific Terms and Order of Precedence
Event-specific conditions, venue rules, ticket-tier conditions, admission requirements and disclosures shown on an official Event page, checkout screen, order confirmation or ticket may form part of the terms applicable to that Event. If an Event-specific term conflicts with these general Terms & Conditions, the Event-specific term will apply to that Event to the extent of the conflict. Payment-provider terms govern only the provider’s own service unless expressly stated otherwise. Mandatory legal rights and obligations prevail over any inconsistent contractual term.
21. Changes to These Terms
LFG may reasonably update these Terms & Conditions for safety, security, operational, payment-provider, regulatory or legal reasons. Material changes affecting ticket holders’ rights will be communicated where reasonably practicable. The Terms & Conditions applicable to a ticket purchase will generally be the version accepted at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
22. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be applied or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect, to the extent permitted by law. A failure or delay by LFG to enforce any provision does not waive LFG’s right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
23. Acceptance
By completing a ticket purchase, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Event-specific terms presented before purchase. Where Airwallex, or another payment method expressly offered for the applicable Event, is selected, the purchaser also agrees to comply with any terms presented by or applicable to the selected payment provider. The purchaser is responsible for informing other ticket holders included in the order of the applicable Event Terms & Conditions, subject to any official attendee-assignment or claim process provided by LFG.
